Today, all members of our group visited the homestay that we studied. Mirnaz Homestay is located in a village area surrounded by rice fields. When we visited, we took pictures of the homestay to use as evidence and for the purpose of the assignment we did. We also patrolled the homestay area to identify what types of products were offered from Mirnaz Homestay. We found that there were many facilities provided such as a pool for adults and children, a bbq area and a karaoke room for vvip customers.
Apart from that, we also conducted an interview session with the representative of mirnaz homestay to identify more about the 4p, namely product, place, promotion and price. We prepared several questions for the representative and obtained all the information related to mirnaz homestay.
